Acrylic PSAs offer excellent optical clarity, UV stability, and broad substrate compatibility — ideal for display and optical applications. Urethane PSAs provide superior flexibility, low-temperature performance, and conformability — preferred for automotive, outdoor, and curved surface bonding.

Solvent vs Solventless vs UV
Solvent-based systems offer the widest formulation flexibility and thinnest coating capability. Solventless systems eliminate VOC and drying ovens — faster, greener production. UV-curable systems provide instant crosslinking with no heat, ideal for heat-sensitive substrates and high-speed lines.
